Several firms are in the highlighted transaction of TTR Data
TTR Data‘s monthly report revealed that 671 transactions moved a total of BRL 120.0bn by May 2025, which represents a 1% decrease in the number of transactions compared to the same period in 2024.
However, the capital raised grew by 45%.
Of the total number of transactions, 36% have been disclosed and 82% have already been completed. In May, 114 mergers and acquisitions were registered, between announced and completed, with a total value of BRL 61.2bn.
The Internet, Software & IT Services sector is the most active with 126 transactions, down 2% on 2024, followed by the Real Estate sector with 63 transactions.
The transaction highlighted by TTR Data in May 2025 was the completion of Flutter’s acquisition of 56% of NSX Group. The transaction value is US$ 350 million. The transaction was advised on Brazilian law by the law firms Demarest Advogados, Coelho & Dalle Advogados, and Pinheiro Neto Advogados.
