Several firms involved in Solinftec investment round

Bronstein Zilberberg, Lefosse, Cescon Barrieu and Lobo de Rizzo acted on this transaction

Brazilian agtech Solinftec has raised $60 million in investments led by Lightsmith Group.

The subscription of convertible debentures issued by Solinftec involved the negotiation of an instrument that would allow for different subscription dates for each of the investors, different ways of converting the debentures, as well as the rights assigned to each of the investors according to the practices and requirements of their fund managers.
