Silveiro advise on the Rio Bravo Inlira Stefanini Consórcio FIDC

Silveiro Advogados advised Rio Bravo Investimentos, Rio Bravo Investimentos Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, InLira Intermediação de Negócios Financeiros (a Stefanini Group company), and BRBB Investimentos on the structuring and constitution of a credit rights investment fund, pursuant to CVM 175, named Rio Bravo Inlira Stefanini Consórcio Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios de Responsabilidade Limitada, as well as its single class named Classe Única de Cotas do Rio Bravo Inlira Stefanini Consórcio Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios de Responsabilidade Limitada.

The transaction also comprises the issuance of the 1st series of its senior subclass quotas in the total amount of BRL 37,954,000.00, through public distribution offering, under CVM 160; 1st issuance of its subordinate junior subclass quotas, in the total amount of BRL 14,585,000.00, through private placement to a single professional investor, with no distribution efforts; in the total amount, considering both issuances, of BRL 52,539,000.00.
