Silveiro advise on the structuring of fund Rio Bravo Agro Recebíveis
Silveiro Advogados advised Rio Bravo Investimentos, as the lead underwriter and manager, and Fralo Investimentos, as the specialized consulting, on the structuring of a credit rights investment fund and its single class of quotas, pursuant to Resolution CVM 175, named Rio Bravo Agro Recebíveis Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios de Responsabilidade Limitada, for the purpose of acquiring credit rights arising from the agribusiness logistic sector, and issuances of its senior and subordinate junior quotas.
The transaction value worth approximately BRL 62.5 million, considering that the senior quotas were invested by Desenvolve SP (State of São Paulo Development Agency).
