Silveiro Advogados advise on Rio Bravo issuances of quotas

Silveiro Advogados advised Rio Bravo Investimentos, as lead manager and coordinator, and Banco Daycoval, as administrator, on the issuance of the third series of senior quotas, the fourth series of senior quotas, the first series of mezzanine subordinated quotas, and 2nd issue of junior subordinated quotas; of the Single Class of Quotas of Rio Bravo Inlira Stefanini Consórcio Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios de Responsabilidade Limitada, through public offerings, under CVM160, as well as in the 2nd issue of its junior subordinated quotas, through private placement; in the total amount of R$ 120 million.
