Silveiro Advogados has created a new department of Capital Markets and Investment Funds under the coordination of new partner José Roberto Meirelles

Silveiro Advogados has announced the creation of its new department of Capital Markets and Investment Funds, under the coordination of new partner, lawyer José Roberto Meirelles (pictured), who has 15 years of professional experience in the segment.

Among the new services offered are the structuring and operationalization of investment funds and their offerings, such as FIDC, FIDC-NP, FIP, FII, FIAGRO, FIM and FIA, securitization transactions, including mainly CRI and CRA, complex capital market structures, and debenture and promissory note issues.

José Roberto Meirelles holds a degree in Law from PUC-SP and holds an LL.M. Master of Laws from University College London, London.
