Silveiro Advogados advised Hinove Agrociência; Cescon Barrieu advised Banco Santander and Éxes Serviços Financeiros, as underwriters, on the 3rd issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA), classified as green (CRA Verdes), by Éxes Securitizadora, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights due by Hinove Agrociência, in the total amount of BRL 70 million, through public distribution offering, under the automatic registration rite, pursuant to CVM 160.
