Simpson Thacher acts on Total Play exchange offer
Simpson Thacher acted as counsel to Jefferies, as dealer manager and solicitation agent, on the exchange offer and consent solicitation of Total Play Telecommunications.
The exchange consisted of the exchange of all 7.500% Senior Notes due 2025 for new 10.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2028, in addition to the solicitation of consents to certain proposed amendments to the indenture governing the outstanding notes.
