Simpson Thacher acts on UCI offer
Simpson Thacher acted as counsel to the initial purchasers in connection with an offering by Univision Communications Inc. (UCI), a subsidiary of TelevisaUnivision, of USD $755 million aggregate principal amount of 8.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2031.
The issuance was made under Rule 144A/Regulation S. In addition, the additional notes constituted a reopening of the USD $500 million principal amount of 8.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2031 initially issued by UCI on 7 June 2024, increasing the aggregate principal amount of the series to $1,255,000,000.
