Simpson Thacher counsels Agrovision on financing
Simpson Thacher has counselled Agrovision Corp. in connection with a USD $230 million secured term loan and a USD $150 million unsecured revolving credit facility, which can be extended to a total amount of USD $400 million.
The proceeds of the financing will be used to fund Agrovision’s expansion and innovation plans, for working capital and to refinance Agrovision’s existing debt.
Agrovision is a leading, vertically integrated global superfruit platform focused on berries and cherries. It has growing, supply chain and marketing activities in North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia.
