Chaco is Argentina’s second largest cotton producer and it issued $250 million of its 9.375% notes due 2024 in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S.
BNP Paribas and UBS were the initial purchasers of the offering and retained a Simpson Thacher team fronted by partners David L. Williams and Juan Francisco Mendez.
