Simpson Thacher on TelevisaUnivision $500m Notes offering
Simpson Thacher has advised the initial purchasers, led by Goldman Sachs, on a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of 8% Senior Secured Notes due 2028 by Univision Communications (UCI), a subsidiary of TelevisaUnivision.
UCI used the proceeds, together with available cash, to prepay the outstanding amount of its tem 2024 loans and to fund the redemption of a portion of its 5.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2025.
TelevisaUnivision is a global media company that entertains, informs and empowers Hispanics with news, sports and entertainment content across broadcast and cable television, audio and digital platforms.
