SiqueiraCastro announces new partner for corporate area
Adriana Sforcini Lavrik Esper (pictured) is the new equity partner at SiqueiraCastro Advogados.
The professional, who has experience and a multidisciplinary vision in Corporate Law, including commercial contracts, Corporate Law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and foreign investments, arrives to strengthen the team in the firm’s transactional areas.
Adriana Esper has a law degree from Mackenzie University and postgraduate degrees from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Econômicas – FIPE, in important areas of corporate interest, such as compliance, risk management and digital ethics. In these fields of interest, she makes relevant contributions involving the promotion of sustainable development initiatives, with the Brazilian Institute of Business Law and Ethics – IBDEE, and the digital transformation of commerce and services, with the São Paulo State Federation of Commerce in Goods, Services and Tourism (Fecomercio-SP) and the São Paulo State Commerce Center (Cecomercio).
Before joining SiqueiraCastro, Adriana Esper worked for many years at Fisher & Forster and Amaral Gurgel Advogados and as a consultant in corporate transactions for Ernst & Young audits.
