Skadden assists in new Terrafina IPO
Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom has assisted Goldman Sachs as financial advisor to Terrafina in connection with the recent announcement that FIBRA Prologis has filed the results of its tender offer to acquire up to 100% of the ‘TERRA 13’ real estate trust CBFIs.
The Terrafina TERRA 13 CBFIs were issued by CIBanco, in its capacity as trustee of the irrevocable trust agreement number F/00939 (Terrafina), considering that the tender offer period has concluded.
Fibra Prologis is pleased to announce that the offer was successfully completed, as the requirement for Terrafina holders to tender 50% plus one or more of the outstanding Terrafina CBFIs has been satisfied.
Settlement of the Offering will take place on 6 August 2024, in accordance with the terms of the Offering prospectus.
