Skadden counsels GP-Act III Corp on $250m IPO
Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom has counselled GP-Act III Acquisition Corp, a blank cheque company, in connection with its initial public offering of 25,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit.
The units listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC began trading on May 9, 2024, under the symbol ‘GPATU’.
Skadden’s team includes partners J.
