SNA advises CRA’s issuance of SuperFrio
Santos Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel, advising Kinea Investimentos, Eco Securitizadora (Ecoagro) and Superfrio Armazéns Gerais (SuperFrio), in the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 300th issue of Ecoagro, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights due by SuperFrio and companies of its economic group, as per CVM 160.
The total amount of the issue was R$ 95,911,155.00
