Souto Correa advises Pipo on the acquisition of Convenia

Souto Correa Advogados advised Brazilian healthtech company Pipo on the acquisition of Convenia’s benefits brokerage operation, HRTech, which offers an HR management platform for small and medium-sized businesses that serves 40 clients and has 11,000 lives covered.

This deal allows Pipo to establish its exponential growth and the attractiveness of its healthcare solutions, which are disrupting this industry.

Recently, Pipo received $20 million in a Series A financing.

Souto Correa Advogados had partners Mauricio Paschoal (pictured left) and Anderson Ribeiro (pictured right) and associates Gabriela Melani, Gabriel Garibotti, Marilia Dias Bergamin, and Martha Termignoni.

Corelaw – Zancaner, Salla, Faustino e Carvalho Advogados represented Convenia and included Fernanda Bastos and Rachel Martins Rennó.
