Souto Correa advises Vitesco on the sale to ABG Brasil Group
Souto Correa Advogados has advised Vitesco Group in the sale of its subsidiary and industrial plant in Brazil to ABG Brasil Group, a business conglomerate that is present in different sectors of the economy, with a diversified portfolio of brands and products from various segments.
Vitesco Technologies (VTSC: FRA) is a leading international developer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art powertrain technologies for sustainable mobility.
In addition to the SPA, Souto Correa also supported the filing of the case at Brazil’s antitrust agency (Cade), as well as the preparation and negotiation of the relevant closing documents, as well as the agreements with some of the end customers (automobile manufacturers).
