Souto Correa Advogados has reinforced its team with the arrival of Gabriella de Salvio and Ingrid Hessling

Souto Correa Advogados has strengthened its teams in the areas of Administrative and Regulatory Law and Capital Markets with the arrival of Gabriella de Salvio (pictured left) and Ingrid Hessling (pictured right).

With more than 20 years of experience in large companies and law firms, Gabriella de Salvio has extensive knowledge in the regulatory area of telecommunications, broadcasting, and audiovisual. She has acted in the renewal of concessions, defense of administrative proceedings, public consultations with regulatory agencies, and, most recently, in the 5G Radiofrequency Auction.

Gabriella also has experience in data protection and privacy, and has worked in international arbitration, international trade, and contracts throughout her career. She holds a PhD in International and Integration Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).

Ingrid Hessling has extensive knowledge in the capital markets area, working with public offerings of securities in general, structured investment funds, securitization operations, and debt restructuring.

With over 14 years of experience in large law firms, Ingrid has participated in several relevant transactions, such as public offerings of stocks, debentures, promissory notes, investment fund shares, real estate receivables certificates, and agribusiness receivables certificates, among others.
