Souto Correa Advogados strengthened with the arrival of Mauricio Negri Paschoal, new partner

Souto Correa Advogados has made an important move in strengthening its Capital Markets, Corporate and M&A practice with the arrival of Mauricio Negri Paschoal (pictured).

The new partner, who will work from São Paulo, has more than 20 years of experience in these areas, including work at law firms such as Lefosse Advogados, Pinheiro Guimarães, Mattos Filho and others.

During this time, Mauricio has been involved in large national and international transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, formation of joint ventures, financing transactions, and securities offerings.

Mauricio Paschoal is a graduate of the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School (NY).
