Souto Correa reinforces the arbitration team
Souto Correa reinforced the arbitration team with Laura Ghitti (pictured), the firm new senior arbitration lawyer.
She has over ten years of experience in commercial arbitration and dispute resolution. She has worked in renowned national and international law firms in Paris and Buenos Aires. In addition, she acts in arbitration entities such as the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr), where she coordinates the Investment Arbitration Study Group since 2019.
Souto Correa’s counseling covers all procedures related to national and international arbitration disputes, mediations, negotiations, and other alternative forms of dispute resolution (ADRs), also gives the support, and elaborates the strategy to be used in each case, the negotiation, and drafting arbitration clauses. The multidisciplinary team brings together experienced professionals in the area, who act not only in representing and advising clients, but also in the role of arbitrators and mediators.
