Souza Mello e Torres Advogados advised Camlog Biotechnologies on the acquisition of an additional stake of 14.77% of the total shares of Dental Cremer

The transaction involved the acquisition by Camlog, Dental Cremer’s controlling shareholder, of an additional 14.77% stake in Dental Cremer, previously held by Luciano Chaves.

Souza Mello e Torres Advogados advised CAMLOG BIOTECHNOLOGIES GMBH (an affiliate of Henry Schein, Inc.) and had partners Natália Teixeira Rabaça (pictured left) and Carlos José Rolim de Mello (pictured right).

Themudo Lessa Advogados also participated at this deal.
