Souza Mello advises XP on financing the construction of Villa XP for R$ 500 million

Souza Mello e Torres Advogados advised XP Investimentos S.A. on the financing of the construction of Villa XP, which will be headquartered in the interior of São Paulo

The construction of Villa XP, a real estate enterprise of the XP Investimentos S.A. group will be financed by issuing R$ 500 million in real estate receivables certificates (CRI).

The transaction consists of a public offering with restricted placement efforts of Certificates of Real Estate Receivables of the 203rd Series of the 4th Issue of Certificates of Real Estate Receivables of ISEC Securitizadora S.A., backed by debentures issued by XP Investimentos S.A., according to the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) Instruction n. 414, and n. 476.
