Souza Mello advises XP Investimentos in public offering of Kinea shares
Souza Mello e Torres assisted XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Título e Valores Mobiliários AS. in the public offering of the Kinea Securities Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII in the amount of R$ 373 million
Souza Mello acted as advisor to XP Investimentos in the preparation, review and negotiation of all instruments related to the public offering of quotas of the second issue of Kinea Securities Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII in the amount of R$ 373,023,960.32.
The offering was carried out in accordance with CVM Instruction 400.
The structuring and distribution processes were carried out by XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, “Título e Valores Mobiliários S.A.” as lead coordinator.
The Souza Mello team included partner Vitor Henrique Pagani Arantes (pictured) and associates Fernanda Osman Tatto and Ana Clara Silva de Lima.
