Souza Mello e Torres Advogados advised Habitasec Securitizadora S.A. and Bwp Diase Empreendimento Imobiliario Extrema Ltda. in issue of CRIs amounting to R$82.5 million

Souza Mello e Torres Advogados advised the parties in everything related to the public offering, with restricted efforts of placement of Real Estate Receivables Certificates of the 250th Series of the 1st Issue of Real Estate Receivables Certificates of Habitasec Securitizadora S.A., backed by CCB issued by Bwp Diase Empreendimento Imobiliario Extrema Ltda.

The total amount was R$ 82,500,000.00. The transaction was in accordance with Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) Instruction n. 414 and n. 476.
