Souza Melo e Torres Advogados advised Banco Modal in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Live On Meio de Pagamentos S.A.

The payment of part of the price is subject to compliance with certain metrics and technological deliveries agreed between the parties.

Part of the selling shareholders will continue as executives of the Company.

The Souza, Mello e Torres team that handled Banco Modal S.A. was led by partner Alexandre Simões Pinto (pictured) with associates Vinicius Alvarez, Matheus Guedes Camargo and Tiago Chateaubriand Bandeira de Melo.

BVA Advogados advised the purchased companies and the selling shareholders.
