Souza, Mello e Torres Advogados advised Tivit Terceirização de Processos, Serviços e Tecnologia S.A. on the acquisition of 100% of Lambda3
Tivit, a Brazilian multinational technology company, has acquired 100% of Lambda3, a startup company specialized in software development, from its 3 founders, who will remain responsible for the day-to-day operations.
The operation is part of the acquisitions of the so-called Tivit Ventures, which has committed to invest R $ 400 million in start-ups until 2025.
