SouzaOkawa announces new partner
SouzaOkawa Advogados has a new partner: Gustavo Rabello (pictured), a professional with over 20 years’ experience in the legal and financial markets, joins the firm to lead the Capital Markets, Investment Funds and Financing area.
With extensive experience in the capital markets and international finance, the new partner’s arrival enhances the services offered by the firm in structured transactions, including the setting up of investment funds and debt securities, as well as financing for public and private business projects, which will greatly benefit to the clients.
Gustavo holds a Master’s degree in International Finance and Business Transactions from the Queen Mary College and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and has worked for financial organizations and law firms in Brazil, Europe and Asia, where he gained extensive experience in advising
local and foreign clients in different business areas, with a focus on structuring corporate transactions (debt and equity), offering securities and creating investment funds.
