Jaili Cunha has built a career distinguished by her involvement in some of the most complex and high-stakes disputes in both the Brazilian and international markets — including multibillion-dollar cases and matters of significant legal and economic relevance. Over the years, she has earned a strong reputation in the Brazilian legal market through her work at leading law firms.
Jaili holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). Her deep technical expertise has guided clients through complex corporate disputes involving business restructurings, arbitrations in the oil and gas sector, post-M&A conflicts across a range of industries, and cross-border mediations. Her practice spans corporate, financial, regulatory, and capital markets matters, and she is often entrusted with cases that involve substantial reputational risk and demand a keen strategic vision.
