Silva, Santana & Teston Advogados (SST Advogados) advised Brasil TecPar on the acquisition of Blink Telecom. The transaction value was BRL 370 million.
The deal adds around 150,000 subscribers to TecPar’s base, which is expected to increase to more than 600,000 accesses with the absorption of Blink.
