Stocche Forbes advise Alliança Saúde on the JV with Unimed
Stocche Forbes advised Alliança Saúde Participações on the joint venture with Unimed Nacional – Cooperativa Central for the construction of a clinical analysis plant in Salvador/BA, as well as for the construction of other plants and laboratories for the analysis of exams throughout the country, especially in the northeast region.
The transaction value was BRL 16 million.
