Stocche Forbes advise Bradesco BBI in Inxú Energia II issue
Stocche Forbes acted as legal advisors to Banco Bradesco BBI, in the public offering of the 1st issuance of commercial notes of Inxú Energia II, which was advised by LASS Consultores Jurídicos, under the terms of CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 150 million to finance the acquisition of Mega Brasil Energia, which in turn owns 100% (one hundred percent) of the share capital of Inxú Geradora e Comercializadora de Energia Elétrica, a small hydroelectric power plant located in the city of Cuiabá, state of Mato Grosso.
