Stocche Forbes advised Ambiental Ceará and Santander, as deal counsel, on the issuance of Bank Guarantee Letters, in the total amount of up to BRL 200 million, to guarantee a certain finance agreement into with Banco do Nordeste do Brasil- BNB.
