Stocche Forbes advise Ultragaz on the acquisition of Stella Energia
Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Ultragaz Comercial on the acquisition of 100% of the quotas issued by Stella GD Intermediação de Geração Distribuída de Energia.
The transaction value was BRL 7,5 million in cash and BRL 55,5 million as earn out.
