Stocche Forbes Advogados advised HSBC Bank PLC as a creditor of The Body Shop International Limited

Stocche Forbes Advogados advised HSBC Bank PLC as a creditor of The Body Shop International Limited under the Facilities Agreement, signed on April 23, 2021, which relied on guarantees granted by Natura & Co Holding SA and Natura Cosméticos S.A.

Stocche Forbes Advogados had partner Guilherme Forbes (pictured) and associates Rafael Bresciani and Victoria Foakes.

Clifford Chance LLP also represented HSBC Bank PLC.

Natura & Co Holding SA and Natura Cosméticos AS was represented by Trench Rossi Watanabe, with partners Luis Ambrosio and Reinaldo Ravelli, and associates Paulo Rafael Disposti and Paulo Marco Filho in São Paulo.
