Stocche Forbes advised NTS on the issuance of debentures
Stocche Forbes advised Nova Transportadora do Sudeste (NTS) on the issuance of debentures in the amount of BRL 260 million.
The proceeds will be allocated to strategic investments aimed at modernizing the company’s operational measurement system, including innovative solutions such as ultrasonic meters, double block valves, pressure and temperature transmitters, and flow computers, enabling calibration without interrupting the gas flow. This initiative strengthens NTS’s operational efficiency, resilience, and reliability, while supporting its sustainable growth.
NTS operates more than 2,000 kilometers of natural gas pipelines, connecting the states of Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, and São Paulo – which together account for approximately 50% of Brazil’s gas consumption – to the Bolivia-Brazil pipeline, LNG terminals, and major gas processing plants.
