Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Alsol Energias Renováveis S.A. (an affiliate of Energisa S.A.) on the acquisition of 100% of the shares issued by eleven subsidiaries of Grupo Vision Sistemas that own solar power plants, built and under construction, located in the State of Minas Gerais: SPE Vision Solar I Ltda, Vision Francisco Sá SPE S.A., Vision Itaobim SPE S.A., UFV Vision IV Curvelo S.A., SPE Vision V Almenara Ltda, UFV Vision VI Arcos 2,5 MW SPE Ltda, SPE UFV Vision VII Mateus Leme 2,4 MW Ltda, Vision VIII Iguatama 2,4 MW SPE Ltda, Renesolar Engenharia Elétrica Ltda, Flowsolar Engenharia Elétrica Ltda. and Carbonsolar Engenharia Elétrica Ltda.
The transaction involved an amount of approximately BRL 261 million.
