Stocche Forbes advises ARZZ on the acquisition of Paris Texas
Stocche Forbes advised ARZZ Italia S.r.l., an italian wholly-owned subsidiary of Arezzo Indústria e Comércio, on the acquisition of equity interest of Paris Texas S.r.l., a company organized under the laws of Italy, which operates in the women’s luxury footwear market.
The transaction consisted of the subscription and payment, and acquisition of quotas representing, jointly, 65% of the capital stock of Paris Texas, for a total amount of EUR 25 million.
Therefore, ARZZ Italia becomes the controller of Paris Texas.
