Stocche Forbes advises Bradesco on loan extension to Ecora
Stocche Forbes advised Bradesco Holding de Investimentos on the extension of a convertible loan to Ecora Environment and Governance, with Ecgn Doce Latam FIP as an intervening party, to foster the validation, verification, and certification of carbon credits, positioning Ecora as a Brazilian Certifier of Carbon Credit Projects.
The proceeds will support a feasibility study, a work plan, and the structuring of the activity. The Creditor will have the option (but not the obligation) to convert the loan into shares of the Company, subject to Ecora’s conversion into a corporation.
