Stocche Forbes Advogados advised companies of the Egyptian group Orascom Investment Holding in the commitment of sale of corporate floors of Edifício Pátio Malzoni, located at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, in São Paulo/SP, to BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros SA Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliarios, in quality manager and fiduciary owner of the assets that make up the assets of Bluemacaw Catuaí Triple A Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário.
The total value of the transaction is of approximately R$ 364 million and will be paid, on the closing date, after overcoming certain conditions precedent of the transaction, partly through a securitization transaction and partly with its own resources.
