Stocche Forbes advises Evapco on acquisition of industrial plant
Stocche Forbes advised advised Evapco Brasil Equipamentos Industriais, a subsidiary of EVAPCO, Inc., on the acquisition of the industrial plant of Wobben Windpower, a subsidiary of Enercon GmbH, located in the city of Sorocaba/SP.
The transaction value was BRL 45 million.
