Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Farallon Latin America Investimentos on the sale of the share control of Elizabeth Cimentos S.A. and Elizabeth Mineração LTDA. to CSN Cimentos SA for an estimated amount of R$1.08 billion.

Stocche Forbes relied on the team formed by partners Flavio Meyer (pictured left) and Rafael Andrade (pictured right) and associates André Penna Bandeira de Mello and Bruno Melnick Fernandes.
