Stocche Forbes advised Hillhouse on its $4.4 billion acquisition of the home appliances business
Stocche Forbes advised Hillhouse Capital Management Ltd. on the Brazilian aspects of the worldwide acquisition of Koninklijke Philips N.V.’s home appliance business in a total deal worth approximately EUR 4.4 billion.
After already exiting the consumer electronics business, including televisions, DVD players and lighting, the sale of the home appliances unit marks Philips’ exit from the non-healthcare markets.
