Stocche Forbes advises JASC on the acquisition of real properties
Stocche Forbes advised JASC Renda Varejo Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, a real estate investment fund from Genesis Capital, on the acquisition of two real properties in the State of Pernambuco.
The transaction value was BRL 46 million.
Subsequently, the acquirer leased the real properties to Grupo Mateus, through a built-to-suit lease agreement to develop a supermarket operation.
