Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Motion Metric International on the sale of its Brazilian affiliate to the Weir Group

Stocche Forbes advised Motion Metrics International Corp., a leading global mining technology company, on the sale of its Brazilian affiliate, Motion Metrics Brasil Soluções em Mineração Ltda. to Grupo Weir.

The international transaction involved jurisdictions in Brazil, Canada, and the United Kingdom and was not disclosed in value.

Stocche Forbes Advogados had partners Igor Finzi (pictured left), Fred Moura (pictured right) and associates Carolina Seixas and Julia Avelin.

CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP and Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP also acted in this transaction.
