Stocche Forbes Advogados acted as legal advisor to MRS Logística in the issuance of promissory notes

Stocche Forbes Advogados acted as legal advisor in the restricted efforts public offering of the first issue of promissory notes issued by MRS Logística, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476, in the total amount of R$ 500 million used by the company to strengthen its working capital and general corporate objectives, in the ordinary course of its business.

Stocche Forbes was joined by partner Frederico Moura (pictured), and associates Yves Dutra and Carlos Távora.

Banco Itaú BBA S.A. was the underwriter and was represented by Lobo de Rizzo Advogados with partners Maria Costa Neves Machado and associate Lara Sparapani de Magalhães.
