Stocche Forbes advises on Bluefit’s debenture issuance
Stocche Forbes acted as legal advisors to the offering of the 5th issuance of simple debentures, for public distribution, under the CVM 160, intended for professional investors, of Bluefit Academias de Ginástica e Participações, in the total amount of BRL 250 million.
