Stocche Forbes has acted as deal counsel on the public offering of quotas of the 14th issuance of XP Malls Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII – Responsabilidade Limitada, in the amount of BRL 621,725,312.00, intended for the acquisition of interests corresponding to 9.00% of Shopping Pátio Higienópolis, 9.00% of Iguatemi Alphaville, 23.96% of Iguatemi Ribeirão Preto, 18.00% of Iguatemi São José do Rio Preto, and 7.00% of Shopping Praia de Belas.
