Stocche Forbes Advogados assisted the Porto Dias Group shareholders in the sale to Mater Dei of 70% of the equity interest
The office Stocche Forbes Advogados assisted the shareholders of the Porto Dias Group in the sale to Mater Dei of 70% of the equity interest in the Porto Dias Group, a group of companies operating in the sectors of health, diagnosis and distribution of medical materials.
The transaction involved a cash portion of BRL 800 million and a stock portion of 7.1% of the ownership interest in Mater Dei.
Stocche Forbes Advogados had a team formed by partners André Stocche (pictured left), Matheus Campos (pictured right) and associate Pedro Rocha Ferreira.
The Mater Dei Group was represented by Spinelli Advogados and Azevedo Sette Advogados.
