Stocche Forbes advises SCG on a joint venture with BRB

Stocche Forbes Advogados advised Santa Casa Global, Unipessoal (SCG) on a strategic partnership between a vehicle from SCG group (SCG DF Holding) and BRB – Banco de Brasília, wich was advised by Pìnheiro Neto Advogados.

The transaction had the objective of jointly exploring (by means of a corporate joint venture) the lottery gaming business in Federal District, under the terms of the District Law No. 7.155/22.
